Who fancies a lasagne? It doesn’t have be off limits with a couple of small changes.

Here i swapped beef for quorn which reduces the fat and increases the protein. Best of all the kids didn’t even notice!

Swap dried pasta sheets with wholemeal fresh sheets

Increase the volume adding carrots, lentils and green beans

Used low fat cheese for the topping.

Try it you maybe surprised how good it tastes!
