I get it. Hectic schedules, kids, a house to take care of. You get distracted, then a few years snuck up on you and now you don’t like what you see in the mirror. You know you should be doing something but you just can’t find the TIME.

You can try and hide it, but after a while, clothes can only hide so much. Eventually, nothing looks good on you anymore.

Let me be honest with you, this is not going to be a walk in the park. To get results like no other, you have to put effort like no other.

Over the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life.

Let me tell you about my latest transformation of Mark Sexton

He was coming in the gym, not really having any direction and his training but not effectively. He wanted to change and become a fitter, healthier, and stronger version of himself. Make the change he has always desired


How did he do it I hear you ask?

From this we was able to make a plan which will get give him the target we set

  • Personal Training
  • Nutritional Guidelines which are designed around Mark


He wasn’t eating chicken and broccoli for his dinner


He wasn’t eating rice cakes with peanut butter


He was able to LIVE the life but still able to lose weight and get himself ready for his holiday which he had booked for Christmas 2015
